چکیده

Metal-halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have achieved remarkable power conversion efficiencies in recent years, and spiro-OMeTAD plays a significant role as hole transport material PSCs with record efficiencies. However, further studies systematic experimental procedures on doped are required to enable reliable process for potential commercialization. In particular, the effect of prolonged oxidation Co(III)TFSI co-doped has been one unanswered topics PSC research. this work, we investigate influence overnight performance spiro-OMeTAD. Co-doping Co(III) complexes instantly oxidizes spiro-OMeTAD, leading an improvement efficiency (PCE) from 13.1% (LiTFSI-doped spiro-OMeTAD) 17.6% (LiTFSI + Co(III)TFSI-doped spiro-OMeTAD). It is found that without could retain around 90% under maximum point tracking at 1-sun illumination 3000 min, whereas drop by more than 30% when exposed oxidation. Hence, it important inhibit unnecessary so save excess fabrication time overcome poor stability issues.

Spectrum-Dependent Spiro-OMeTAD Oxidization Mechanism in Perovskite Solar Cells.

We propose a spectrum-dependent mechanism for the oxidation of 2,2',7,7'-tetrakis(N,N-di-p-methoxyphenylamine)-9,9'-spirobifluorene (Spiro-OMeTAD) with bis(trifluoromethane)sulfonimide lithium salt (LiTFSI), which is commonly used in perovskite solar cells as the hole transport layer. The perovskite layer plays different roles in the Spiro-OMeTAD oxidization for various spectral ranges. The eff...

Hierarchically Structured Hole Transport Layers of Spiro-OMeTAD and Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes for Perovskite Solar Cells.

The low electrical conductivity of spiro-OMeTAD hole transport layers impedes further enhancements of the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of perovskite solar cells. We embedded multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) in spiro-OMeTAD (spiro-OMeTAD/MWNTs) to increase carrier mobility and conductivity. However, direct electrical contact between CH3 NH3 PbI3 and the MWNTs created pathways for undesi...

Substantial improvement of perovskite solar cells stability by pinhole-free hole transport layer with doping engineering

We fabricated perovskite solar cells using a triple-layer of n-type doped, intrinsic, and p-type doped 2,2',7,7'-tetrakis(N,N'-di-p-methoxyphenylamine)-9,9'-spirobifluorene (spiro-OMeTAD) (n-i-p) as hole transport layer (HTL) by vacuum evaporation. The doping concentration for n-type doped spiro-OMeTAD was optimized to adjust the highest occupied molecular orbital of spiro-OMeTAD to match the v...

Enhancing the hole-conductivity of spiro-OMeTAD without oxygen or lithium salts by using spiro(TFSI)₂ in perovskite and dye-sensitized solar cells.

2,2',7,7'-Tetrakis(N,N-di-p-methoxyphenylamine)-9,9'-spirobifluorene (spiro-OMeTAD), the prevalent organic hole transport material used in solid-state dye-sensitized solar cells and perovskite-absorber solar cells, relies on an uncontrolled oxidative process to reach appreciable conductivity. This work presents the use of a dicationic salt of spiro-OMeTAD, named spiro(TFSI)2, as a facile means ...

High efficient Perovskite solar cells base on Niobium Doped TiO2 as a Buffer Layer

Here, the effect of lightly Niobium doped TiO2 layer on the performance of perovskite solar cells has been studied by using solar cell capacitance simulator (SCAPS). N addition, the effects of Niobium concentration, buffer film thickness and operating temperature on the performance of the perovskite solar cell are investigated. For doping level of 3.0 mol% into the TiO2 layer, cell efficiency o...
